Training resumes for all club members on Monday, 4th January 2016. Training times are as follows:
- 7pm – 1sts and 3rds
- 8pm – 2nds and 4ths
Fitness training starts back on Wednesday, 6th January for everyone. This, no doubt, will be very much needed following the festive period. It will be time to run off all that turkey and chocolates! 🙂
