Pre season training for this season started back on Monday, 18th August. Time for everyone to get the hockey fitness back again for the new season!
Training every Monday for the next few weeks is as follows:
- 7pm – 8pm: Last year’s 1sts and 2nds
- 8pm – 9pm: Last year’s 3rds, 4ths, 5ths and any new members who are interested.
On Wednesday, fitness training is back with Angie Boran. This is on from 7pm for all members and is a brilliant way to improve the fitness before matches resume.
